Flo data sharing settlement
Closed October 15, 2026Who qualified: Nationwide Class members who used the Flo App in the United States between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019 and entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information during that time, and California Subclass members who used the app in California, lived in California then, and entered that information—if they did not exclude themselves by July 20, 2025 and are not otherwise excluded.

Closed October 15, 2026Who qualified: People who used the Flo app in the U.S. between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019 and entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information during that time. A California subclass covers those who did so while living in California.
Google Play Children's Privacy (COPPA) Settlement
Closed September 14, 2026Who qualified: People who live in the United States and were younger than 13 years old when, at any time from April 1, 2015 to the present, they downloaded or used an app from Google Play and had their personal information allegedly collected. If the class member is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must file the claim.

Closed August 31, 2026Who qualified: U.S. residents who had a FitOn account and accessed at least one prerecorded video on a FitOn platform between October 22, 2022 and May 29, 2026.
Google Assistant Privacy Settlement
Closed August 27, 2026Who qualified: U.S. users who, between May 18, 2016 and March 19, 2026, either (a) purchased a Google-Made Device, or (b) had communications recorded by Google Assistant as a result of a False Accept or disclosed to a third-party review vendor.

Sprouts Farmers Market Receipt (FACTA) Settlement
Closed August 5, 2026Who qualified: People who used a personal credit, debit, or EBT card at a U.S. Sprouts store between August 16, 2020 and April 15, 2023 and received a receipt showing more than the last five digits of the card number.
PowerSchool Naviance Student Privacy Settlement
Closed July 27, 2026Who qualified: Anyone in the U.S. who, while a student, logged into the Naviance platform at least once between August 18, 2021 and January 23, 2026. A parent or legal guardian files on behalf of a minor.
