  • Who qualified: People who opened an HSBC Direct Savings Account in the U.S. between March 25, 2014 and February 20, 2021 and made deposits into the account using HSBC's online portal.

  • Who qualified: Consumers who sent a money transfer through Western Union between Jan. 1, 2004, and March 9, 2020, and were victims of fraud may be eligible for a remission payment.

  • Who qualified: California consumers who paid a Convenience Fee to buy tickets through Fandango to California theaters between June 11, 2020 and June 17, 2024; and California or Washington consumers who bought a Fandango FanClub membership between October 7, 2024 and April 16, 2025.

  • Who qualified: U.S. Robinhood customers who, between September 1, 2016 and September 1, 2018, placed qualifying market orders — buys executed above the National Best Offer, or sells executed below the National Best Bid (excluding stop orders, routed during market hours) — where the aggregate difference from the NBBO exceeded $5.00.

  • Who qualified: U.S. consumers who signed up for Amazon Prime between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025 through a challenged enrollment flow (or who unsuccessfully tried to cancel), used 10 or fewer Prime benefits in any 12-month period, and did not already receive an automatic payment.
