Who qualifies

California consumers who paid a Convenience Fee to buy tickets through Fandango to California theaters between June 11, 2020 and June 17, 2024; and California or Washington consumers who bought a Fandango FanClub membership between October 7, 2024 and April 16, 2025.

  • The unique Notice ID and confirmation code from your email notice, if you received one.
  • Confirmation you paid a Convenience Fee on a California Fandango ticket purchase in the covered period.
  • Your contact information and a payment choice (for the cash option).
