Who qualifies
U.S. users who, between May 18, 2016 and March 19, 2026, either (a) purchased a Google-Made Device, or (b) had communications recorded by Google Assistant as a result of a False Accept or disclosed to a third-party review vendor.
What you need to file
- Confirmation of the Google Assistant device(s) you used between May 18, 2016 and March 19, 2026.
- For a Purchaser Class claim: proof you bought a Google-made device.
- A current email and mobile number for digital payment (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or ACH).
