A $2.5 million settlement over allegations that FitOn disclosed subscribers' personally identifiable information and video-viewing history to third parties without consent, in violation of the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA). FitOn denies wrongdoing. The deadline of August 31, 2026 has passed, so this settlement is closed.

Who qualifies
U.S. residents who had a FitOn account and accessed at least one prerecorded video on a FitOn platform between October 22, 2022 and May 29, 2026.

- The login ID and PIN from your notice, if you received one.
- Your contact information and a payment choice (PayPal, Venmo, or check).
