This settlement covers people in the United States whose private information may have been compromised in a December 2024 Lands’ End data security incident. Who qualifies
You may qualify if you live in the United States and your Private Information was compromised in the December 2024 Data Incident. Lands’ End and its directors and officers, governmental entities, the assigned Judge and that Judge’s immediate family and Court staff, and anyone who timely opts out are excluded.
