Who qualifies
Nationwide Class members who used the Flo App in the United States between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019 and entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information during that time, and California Subclass members who used the app in California, lived in California then, and entered that information—if they did not exclude themselves by July 20, 2025 and are not otherwise excluded.
Background
Flo runs a period and ovulation tracker app that lets users track menstrual cycles, ovulation, and pregnancy. The lawsuit alleged that between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019, Flo put Flurry and Google SDKs in the Flo App and through them allegedly shared users’ menstruation and/or pregnancy information. They agreed to settle to resolve the claims solely to eliminate the uncertainties, burden, expense, and delay of further protracted litigation.
