Background
Strides recalled testosterone gel in 2025 after testing detected benzene — a known carcinogen — above acceptable limits. This settlement resolves only the economic-loss theory: that buyers overpaid for a product worth less than advertised. It expressly does not release personal-injury or wrongful-death claims, so anyone harmed can still pursue those separately.
