Who qualifies

People who received two or more telemarketing calls or texts marketing Farmers Insurance from Todd Henderson Insurance Agency (or R. Todd Henderson) within a 12-month period between October 8, 2020 and March 13, 2026, whose number was on the Do Not Call Registry 30+ days prior and who were not Farmers customers.
